👿 Three old phones..... The VX6900 is coming out the next day or at least it is supposed to but who the hell knows with VZ and it isn't included.
YOU HAVE A NEW DATA PHONE COMING OUT AND IT ISNT INCLUDED?? GIVE ME A BREAK
I am a long time customer but I am getting very frustrated by the EXTREME length of time it takes VZ to come out with new phones/plans.
Like many I want to move to a data phone but want the VZ price to be in line with other carriers.
This has me P. O. ed

The 6900 is coming out April 16, and the reason it took so long was for the testing on the network. We may be slow when it comes to pushing phones an dplans out but we would rather be prepared then release it and have issues. Sometimes being the best isn't easy, but we least we get the job done. Take a breath, it will all be okay.

I said that I was a long time customer and I should include that I am a long time 98% satisfied customer. I am impatient for the new phone and cannot understand why you would not include the new phone in the new plan.
No I am not one of the crowd of " if they dont do what I want I'll switch service" and I dont complain very often. But I do pay over $200 a month on service and feel that I have a little bit of whinning rights. LOL

The only thing I can think of for leaving the 6900 off the new data pricing FOR NOW would be the fact that I'm sure they want to move the older models of phones if they can. The cheaper data price is an incentive to go with the older model. That's all i got
