I finally dropped alltel like a bad habit, so I'm part of the IN crowd...again. But I have a question. Does anybody know how to upload homemade MP3 ringtones from the computer to a cell phone. I used to be able to on Verizon, and I could do on Alltel. Has Verizon put a block on this or what? I use www.funformobile.com to upload stuff. If there is another loophole I can use to help me save a little money, somebody tell me. I have like 50 homemade ringtones, so thats alot of money I can save. And no, I don't use all of them, its some I made over the past several years. Thanks.

Did you buy a phone that has a memory card slot? If so, buy a memory card. Save the ringtones under the Sound folder. When you put the card in your phone, open up My Sounds, and then send the ringtones to yourself as a picture message.
You used to be able to send them to your [email protected], but I haven't had much luck with that lately. Real hit and miss.
Let me know if you have any questions.

You won't be able to apply your Mp3's as ring tones. You can use Voice memo feature to record and apply that as a ring tone. Your welcome!
