Question for all those out there.
How many people know that Verizon Wireless has corp owned kiosks inside *most* BJ's Wholesale clubs?
For those that have been to one, how has your experience been? Did you know it was there prior or did you just run into it?
And for those poor souls who work there, do any of your stores do well and what do you attribute it to?

I know they exist.
Experiences are like any other...depends on who you speak to and what you're discussing.
And I wouldn't call them "poor souls" because they have more skills than your regular store reps. they have to do inventory and cash management that regular store reps have no clue about.

oh don't let me give the impression I believe them to be less skilled. Far from it. My poor souls comment is more directed at their lack of business. The reason for my posing the question is some of my friends work there and they get no customers, and as opposed to many of the Circuit City locations, they have no outside signage, or anything resembling attention being directed towards them.
Its a shame, because like you said, the people who work there are responsible for more tasks than your 'typical' rep would be, but they have high quotas that their traffic doesn't support.

They also have kiosks in the Costco warehouses I've been to but the selection of phones is extremely limited.
