some quick thoughts

camera is actually better in low light than my voyager

txt on the front is ALOT easier than touch screen

the keys on the inside are TINY noticeably smaller one the finger tips I dont know if thats just something i have to get used to or something thats gonna be a problem

the front only has two quick menus and one of them is NOT contacts .. WTF MUSIC?? come on this should be a programed shortcut .. I dont want to get to my music from one touch i want to get to my contacts the other is clear

ok im learning on the fly here cause this is the first time im really messing with it .. if you hit arrow up you get to your contact list .. arrow down to your message box

I don't know if you text alot, but see if this phone has that ridiculous 50 text limit and see if the message starts poppin up at 40 texts telling you to clean your inbox.

and i'm just wondering--why are you concerned about the front screen. Won't you do most of your typing with the phone open? Its seems like you had a lot of comments on the front screen/keypad.

i have 50 inbox txt and no delete messages so far

Yes for me when I want to send out a quick txt or if I can only use one hand IE driving (come on we ALL do it) I like using the front .. If I'm going to send a lengthy message ill flip it open

I mainly focused on the outter because the inside is very much the same as all the other ENV's except the keys are smaller .. the screen is nice actually a bit large font and icon wise but you can change alot of those settings i just havent messed with them yet .. you can also choose a Music or Message laden menu .. one is geared more towards music and vise versa

more on the icon size .. its like the side scrolling icons are huge which only leaves the visible options under them .. kinda like m...

one more thing .. the charger .. I heard it was supposed to be the USB type .. its not .. its a mini usb .. I think thats what its called .. Moto used this for one of their bluetooth ear pieces .. looks like the regular normal USB charger but just smaller

this means going out and getting a new car charger lol

I read that this is the Micro usb, which is the new industry standard.
There is a small adaptor, that is EMU(mini usb) to micro usb. One of folks on the HF said it's available for $5 at t mobile as the adaptor for the v8. Same for the V9m.
One little adaptor and all your standard Mini usb chargers should work. (blackberry, newer Motorola, etc.)
