New phone?
A friend of mine said he is going to buy the new phone coming out for Verizon that is like the I-phone. He said it comes out in a week. He is a bit phone illiterate (obviously if he is trying to get one because it is "like the I-phone") So he didn't know the model, make, anything. Said it will be running windows mobile though. Anyone know what phone he was talking about?

Obviously your friend is slightly confused. The "like an i-phone" phone that comes out soon is the Touch (retail channel launch April 30). That runs Window's mobile and is fully touch screen, no keyboard. The phone that closely resembles the i-phone is the vx9700 or "Dare" which will not be out for a few months....and that is the phone the i-phone was originally designed from (the prada).
