Verizon Reps Please Advise!
Here is my situation. My husband and I have had Verizon for many years now and are happy with the network and customer service. Fall 2007 we renewed our family plan and got 2 Motorola w385 phones. It sounds like Verizon is following protocol at least in the case of your phone...after three exchanges the policy is to offer you a different replacement phone of equal value..that is why they switched you to the kazr. Unfortunately that phone is a total piece of crap to.

Thank you for your response. Verizon has been great...it is just the crappy luck with the crappy Motorolas....as I said I do not expect them to give me two free ENV2 but since we are still in the warranty period and have gone through SOOOOO many Motorolas in a short amount of time...can they give us a discount or credit without extending our contract again.
