How do you look for leads? Do you make cold calls?
I know not every store requires that you do calls every day, but this is for those of you that do. How do you look for your leads? Or if you just do cold calls, what is your normal script or conversation? Just thought it would be interesting to share everyones procedure.

Leads are everywhere. Most every customer that you talk to works, that makes them a lead. Everyday on you way to wrok I bet you pass vehicles with names printed on the side, thay are leads, most areas have a chamber of commerce, get there directory and go to events that they host, all malls and shopping centers have stores, talk to the managers/owners.
Do you have a way of obtaining leads that works well for you?
I require that my reps make a minimum of 10 calls per day and obtain 2 legit leads per week.
