Motorola W755 online!
The Motorola w755 just showed up on Infocenter in purple and "black slate" it's definitely a nice looking phone, but 1.3MP camera?!?! Come on Motorola! Thoughts?

Played with it at the agent fair, its nice. It will be nice to have another puple phone, the purple Gleam flew off the shelves, we couldn't keep them in, who knew purple would be such a popular color. Did you see that you can access your bluetooth menu and silence the phone with the external touch pad? It should be a good phone. NO MORE RAZR YAY!!!!

Yeah, I was hoping to see some other phones then they had, the 755 was really the only one I hadn't seen. I do like free pen's... 😁

is this new moto fast? i have the razr v3m and im sick of how slow it responds to normal functions. anyone have any input as to how it performs while pulling up contacts, camera, scrolling through menu's, etc?

I went to my local store yesterday and played around with this new Motorola. I noticed it still has a slow response with the normal functions, just like my mom's pink razr. Seems like every Motorola I have tested has this slow response. I even tried changing the theme to see if it helped, it didn't. I decided to stick with my LG 8350, I will probably never own a Motorola due to the known issue of a slow user interface.

that slowness pisses me off. decent looking phones, good service, offers good basic applications....but lags to open up contacts?!?!? thats so frustrating. you saved me from another crappy moto. thanks LGVZW1

No problem, I had a razr 2 years ago and took it back due to the lag time. The only reason I was taking a look at the W755 was because I was looking for a thinner flip phone. I am just going to wait for the LG 8560, I think I read somewhere it launches the end of June. The other con I noticed with the Motorola was it has a small front screen.

I just got the Moto W755.. and am extremely unhappy with the battery life.. full charge lasts less that a day!! Has anyone had this experience or could there possibly be a defective battery in mine? Thanks

AGREE the fon sux as far batteries go, and the extended large size battery is the same thing very little more than a day on one charge if u dont talk 2 much.......

Had that phone awhile ago...I still have it as a backup phone. I really liked it, but the battery life was not all that great even then and I suspect that hasn't changed...it's probably not the phone...
