I am having an issue with my Flip shot where the raised part of the keypad is leaving scratches on the inner screen, its like you can see all the buttons engraved into the inner screen. just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue. Talked with someone in tech support and they had never heard of this issue before, just wondering what this might be from.

i have the same phone and its not that big of a deal....i just clean off the screen....you can always get some screen protectors and stick em on the inside screen and when that gets dirty just peel it off and stick another one on.

The only issue that I have found with the Flip Shot is, some pouch with stronger magnets will turn of the phone if the magnet is brushed over the outside of the phone. I had a customer that every time someone called him and he took the phone out of the pouch, his phone turned off. We tested it with 2 demos in store and same thing. It is really weird???????

Ya not really a huge deal, but for a phone that is only a few months old, i wouldn't have thought that the key pad would have scratched the screen. Guess I will try the screen cover to keep it from getting any worse.
