alternate phone # upgrae
ok question for cs reps. you know how we can upgrade a phone # that is eligible for the upgrade but it can be activated on a different phone #? i am not talking about changing the esn after they activate but when the order is processed. well anyways it says it cannot be done if the # is a vzw hub mdn... anyone know what that is? i look in infoman and m&ps but couldnt find the definition

the only thing I can tell you if I have heard you cant have two numbers in one order and swap those two upgrades. you have to do them as two seperate orders.

I wonder if it's talking about an MIN. I know a lot of times the MDN and MIN are different. Maybe that MDN happens to also be an MIN for someone else and it's calling that a hub mdn?
