Depends if you looking at direct or indirect. I don't know how much you are looking at with direct but I know they get paid really well and have great benefits but they also have quotas they have to meet every month and I THINK they are pretty strict about having them met, like if you don't meet your quotas after two or three months your let go, I could be wrong because I don't work direct but that is what I have heard in the past. i'm actually one of the top sellers of our region but I also work in a lower volume store. quotas are a daily thing here as well and I haven't failed to hit after 2 years in cellular. i'm also a lead consultant at my store. my problem is that where I work, a lot of new hires make close to what I do for hourly. so after a year of this, among other, things being a concern, i'm checking into other options. any real negatives to working for vzw?

No more then with any other carrier, same customers just different phones. If you think you can work in a very fast paced store and like the quotas, go for direct, they will pay more. I personally like indirect better I think the customer interaction is a little different, we are a very busy store but cor is still busier and they aren't able to spend the time with customers, I like having my regulars and my businesses that only deal with me.
