What phone do customers wish to see from AT&T in the VZW line up (for VZW employees)

Other than the iPhone, when speaking to customers ... they say things like "oh I wish VZW carried that AT&T phone" and etc. What are some of the phones that you (and VZW customers - potential and current) wish to see in the VZW phone line up that is available for AT&T?

nothing. the only one i ever hear about is the iphone. so i show them the voyager which you can actually change the battery on and they normally like it better 😁

i had a few ask about the SE walkmans, but then i show the chocolate and all is good.

No chris, this is different. this is from the employees point of view, based on their customer observation. When I was working with VZW, the only thing I really got was the iPhone and the occassional Sony Walkman/Cybershot phones.

Fair enough.

Besides the iphone and maybe some of the newer blackberries...I have never been that impressed with their phone line up. I always felt it was a little overrated.

Agreed, Ill stick to my voyager and my removeable battery, despite what others thought I loved my motoQ black as well. ATT has good phones they have phones VZW will never have but it's the same on the VZW side as well,

I'm not talking about you guys ... I'm talking about what the customers say to you guys.

I actually dont work in the industry...so I guess I can only speak to the customer side.

Also, employees are all customers as well, thats why I said this question was so similar to the one avgjoe asked. I really didn't see how the answers would be any different.

Besides the iphone, N95, and soon the bold, att doesn't really have any flagship phones that I could see someone jumping ship for.

7pm nights and we would be golden. i keep trying to talk the higher up's into pushing that. I think it would be huge for growth and reducing our already low churn. we would be the unstoppable empire! 😈

Yeah I agree...7pm nights are long overdue. I know there are tons of people that could really benefit from that.

It'd reduce churn even MORE, and attract more consumer base, i'm sure its on the drawing board of has been discussed before, patience is a virtue

That's probably not on the drawing board, since all carriers had it years ago and took it away in the name of reducing system load between 7 PM and 9 PM and raising revenue during that high demand period.

hmm vzw - decent coverage//

att = Rollover, Nights starting at 7, Better global coverage, Better prepaid option (because att use gsm which is favorable for tourist who also has gsm phone.)

sony walkman vs lg chocolate ??

ha ha, i am sorry does the chocolate have fm radio ?

basically vzw phone selection in lack of better words.

SUCK !!

global coverage means jack unless you actually travel outside of the country. most of our customers dont. so that is a non-issue.

you compared one att phone to one vzw phone and that gives you the conclusion that our phone selection sux just because yours has an fm radio???

and rollover mintues. dont get me started. most ppl that obtain rollover probably will never use them. so they are overpaying for minutes they wont use.

I've had other people that have VZW ask me if we have certain Blackberries. The sidekick is popular too. I loved that device when I had T-mobile. The coverage stunk though.
