Question for VZW EMP's
Hello,
I currently work for AT&T and just wanted to see what reps are paid, what type of perks do you get for working with VZW (I.E. free phones, discount on service) what your commissons are like, you know the whole rundown. I'm asking because I'm thinking about working for them. Don't get me wrong, love AT&T, just think its time to see what else is out there. Not looking to bash, just want some info, so thanks in advance. 🙂

Why would you want to move to verizon? AT&T is defiantly the way to go. Most of the people that work for verizon are hustlers or car sales man. verizon pays less and less

Don't listen to that retard. ALL CELL PHONE SALES PEOPLE ARE HUSTLERS, If we where not we would not have a job. BB2709 just makes less cause he can't sell a damn thing except the free phones to old ladies and yea, he makes jack sh!t! You must make over 2500.00 a month at my location just to keep your job on straight comm. The Corporate stores pay very well also and don't make you work part time. Hell my boss and three other employees in my area make over 7000.00 a month and only work 32 hrs a week. BB stop wasting other peoples time with stupid answers. Go back to your bridge you troll.

Dont do it. i worked for at&t corp retail for 4 years and switched to verizon corp retail and after only 1 year i have put in my 2 weeks notice. they recently restructured their commission for the worse. they try to control your commission by giving you a high quota to make a set $1164. one month it can be easy but the next month they may raise it so you have to work harder for the same money. no consistency at all what so ever. Also here in central florida the management is all 2 faced. they will do whatever it takes to keep there job and will point there finger at you on why the store is failing at the end of the month. not a friendly work environment at all and the micro management is the worst of any company i have worked with. stay wher...

Why can't you go back if you work for a competitor? I know several AT&T employees who left and went back. As long as you are eligible for rehire they do not care what you did, at least here.
