When I first got my voyager I was watching all kinda of YouTube videos on it, and it was great!!! But I had some issues with my phone and they swapped it out for another brand new one becasue I had not had it a month. On this new one... it wont let me play them... it tells me that i need to download some type of media player???

Any ideas on how to make it work like it used to???
