I am going thru a divorce.. I have a contract until Dec. What I am wanting to know is can I take my husbands phone and have him use it as a pay as you go phone... and put the rest of the contract on a different phone... will I break the contract if I try doing this??

Sorry to hear that...how you described it doesn't make a lot of sense. If everything is under your name, then the phones and numbers are yours to do as you wish. You can not (easily) take a post-pay number and make it a pre-pay line with the same phone number. That is one of, if not the, hardest things to have completed. You can always let him assume liability of the phone number into his name as a post pay and then you don't have to worry about the contract.
