Just first things first. I thought that VZ could have purchased Alltel prior to GS and TPG buying out Alltel but obviously, they lost to them. They also wanted to see how GS and TPG would fare with Alltel. Of course, as I have showed you on the presentation on slides 15 and 16 you can see the coverage maps. You can see that VZ focuses on more of the urban areas and Alltel with the rural areas. They mentioned that Alltel overlaps only 15% of VZW’s network. That is yet to be seen. I will update more on that as I get more information. Of course, integration should be relatively easy as they both use the same technology for 3g and the same idea/intentions (LTE) for 4G.
