Verizon is the best!!!
You know I really thought about this new iPhone thing since I own a mac it makes sense.
Then this morning I get a call from my mom who was at the verizon store, my mom who is on my family plan dropped her phone in water this morning as her home was flooding. She didn't have insurance on the phone, but Verizon verified with me the account info and gave her a replacement on the spot.
That is customer service that I never got with TMO, and I sure as hell would not get with ATT. So I just wanted to say thank you to the Verizon folks on here, this was truely above and beyond.

i have one issue with verizon.sometimes you cant text other carriers and u end havin to get a new phone.im readin reviews so i dont have to bc im experiencing that issue right now.my friend did a few months ago with the same phone.(samsung alias sch-u740)
