Does anyone know how to access it? It used to be all "Zeros" but it's not that anymore (obviously).

It's a menu that's used generally when manually programming a phone if the over-the-air programming doesn't work. I really, really wish that Motorola would change its method of bringing up the programming menu.

7 4 6 6 3 # CLR CLR (or) 7 4 6 6 3 # MENU MENU

God, I practically see that in my sleep. 😛

YES!!! It's such a pain in the a$$! Especially when you are busy and have to take another 5 min to do it since Moto's are so frickin slow.

Amusingly, it's the only programming step that actually requires that I say, "Do you have a piece of paper to write something down on?" It isn't enough that you need to enter 7 4 6 6 3 # CLR CLR; you have to do it at a really steady pace, as well. And don't some of the phones require that you do it within ten seconds of reaching the main screen after a power-cycle? Who in God's name thought that process up?

It's hard enough for the average customer to do. I once had to assist a mentally-challenged person with a manual programming. It probably took him close to 15-20 minutes to get into the programming menu. 👿
