Bluetooth Synch

I bought the env2 and a bluetooth adapter for my computer. When I try and synch the two together it tells me that the phone provider has blocked this function. I will assume I am doing something wrong and that Verizon cannot be that scummy.

Any adivce on how to accomplish this?

My old phone would synch and my entire phonebook and ringers and music etc.. would automatically appear.

go into your usb sync option and change it from music to data and see if that helps. You should be able to access that phone model, if that still blocks you download bitpim at bitpim.com and you can go around any blocks.(you may have to find the dll files for the 9100,check out Howardforums to find them) I had to change that usb option on my voyager to get it to work right prior to the update so maybe that will help(i know you are using bluetooth not usb, but try it anyway) There has to be a way..i could do it on my Env and my Voyager so i don't see why they would block it now
