New Local Plans 1/31 ??

Weren't some new local VZW plans supposed to take effect today or tomorrow?

Well, apparently NOBODY knows. And the VZW site is 'temporarily unavailable'. Maybe its for the Feb 1st launch of the EV-DO phones, or maybe its for some new local plans as well? 😕
