how to condition the battery
What is the best way to charge and condition a phone battery like on the env2 the first time you take it out of the box. Thanks

The battery comes with a little charge out of the box, use it till it goes dead then charge it full after its dead then let the cycle continue.

Yes I did...I ordered it and it should be here in a couple days....and I will let you know when I get it up and running how it goes. I was really tempted to go with a BB Curve but in the end I really don't need the immediate access to email so it really is not worth the extra data plan $$. Did you keep your env2? and if so do you still love it? any issues with dropping calls or bad reception?

i decided to keep mine...while i was still considering my options during the first few days of the 30-day period, time flew and before i knew it, more than a month had passed without my even thinking of switching handsets (though i did think about the glyde for a couple minutes!)
reception is still on par with the motos in my house (the only brand that could hold calls 'til now). battery life is the best i've ever seen...with light use, i can go more than a week without charging it. i'm thinkin that a new cell tower might've gone up near home...so that may be adding to the better reception. if reception is an issue after you receive yours, i'd go with either the razr2 or the w755 (which has great reviews so far).
