integriwhat? Yea I know what you mean. But look at a lot of the posts that come on here and on engadget. "Proprietary Information" means nothing to some people. Hell, the "batphone" had a freakin screenshot of the launch package on engadget. That's why my answers (pre-release) are vague. After the relase, yea, I'll say what I know. And llama...I think you change pictures more than anyone I've ever seen 🤣

😕 What are you talking about, everyone on here has known the release date and price for over a week now? If you are talking about me saying it was on infocenter/infomanager i don't see the issue, since only employees can see the info( I posted it was in there, didn't post what was in there) Nobody posted any new top secret info here?

How is this compared to the instinct and iphone? Size wise and feature wise?

Well I would say this...pick a carrier and most of these should meet your needs. I think if you want Verizon then the DARE or better yet the Blackberry Thunder should both be reasons to stay here. In my opinion the Blackberry Thunder will trump all when it comes to internet/email and usability blackberry kicks ass. As far as the 3 you listed this is my list(might change after release)
1.thunder
2.iphone
3.dare
4.instinct

So i beleive the Instinct is last, the reviews i have read on it have not been all that great/plus I hate Sprint and Samsung. We will have to see how the touch screen turns out on the Dare and Thunder but they should be winners. As far as features there are to many to list and compare, so i ask you this...What are you...

Oh i will ad this since you asked.

the dare will have the best camera by far, removable battery, swapable memory, handwriting recognition, STEREO BLUETOOTH(just cannot beleive Iphone leaves this off) and i beleive Verizon's Navigator is the best around..I have been loving the update with traffic reports!

I'm down between the iPhone and Dare. Leaning ever so slightly towards the Dare just because I could probably insure the phone and have heard great things about the Vzw network. I do like that the iPhone has a 1/2" larger screen. Not a huge deal breaker though. I'll wait 2 weeks after both come out and make my decision. I'm with Sprint currently and do not want to stay, even if the instinct is a solid touch phone.

by then more info should be out about the thunder...you might end up waiting a little longer 🤣

Remember that the Dare will give you options with your data package..you will not be forced to pay for internet and everything else if you decide you don't need it later, that is probably the biggest advantage with getting a dare instead of say the iphone or a blackberry where you are forced into an extra $30 a month

I've played with the iPhone and the Instinct and both are great. Believe it or not, I prefer the Instinct so far. I love the fact I can watch TV on it and the REV A speed of the web is amazing. The phone also comes with a 2 GB card, 2 batteries, a battery charger (not to be confused with a wall charger), a stylis, and a pouch.

I am currently a Verizon customer. But all I use my phone for is unlimited text and 450 min. I have no idea how much I would be paying with the Dare if I add Web, E-mail, Navigation, TV, Vcast, and all that jazz with unlimited messaging and 450 min. I will have to drop by a Verizon store on lunch and check out the Dare.
