What do Customers want?

If you were allowed to go into VZW and make your own plan; what would you want and what were you willing to pay for it? Keep in mind that the company has to make its money somehow. For example if you were given earlier N&W mins are you willing to pay a higher activation fee? Are you willing to pay a higher MB charge to say get fully unlocked Blue tooth profiles? If VZW could grant you 3 wishes in terms of your price plan what would you ask for?

What I would like from VZW:
Bluetooth should be what it was designed to be, not a crippled form of it. It should be 100% compatible with hands-free car kits for address book transfer or reading, allowing voice dialing directly from the phone's address book. You can read that last sentence as "Hey, VZW! Are you EVER going to make the BT work on my high-end XV6800 so I can voice dial?"
A $40 to $60 data plan should include a certain amount of text messages. I get very few each month, but enough to piss me off that I spend $100/month for 900 minutes plus "data" and still get dinged for text messages. Give me 100 and I'll shut up. Give me 50 and I promise to be really quiet...but not silent.
Rollover minutes to protect me from those few...

You definitely bring up a lot of good points and some very good suggestions. However the company has to make up its lost revenue somewhere, what are you willing to give up or what are you willing to pay extra for. Would you mind if VZW decided to move its workforce abroad and speak to someone in India instead of someone in the good old USA to save a couple of bucks? Would you be willing to give up 24 hour 365 days per year customer service?
Would you be willing to pay for higher prices on phones when you upgrade? Please realize that all the changes that customers are requesting will cause the company to seek other ways to recover these lost revenues. I promise if the company institutes roll-over, or earlier N&W mins or fully open...

If VZW moves support to India I would seriously consider beating to death the freaking moron who made the decision. Do I make myself clear? OK, not really beating anyone to death, but at least making them know how stupid it was to move offshore. Almost nothing pisses me off more than having to talk to Dell's or Microsoft's aggravatingly ignorant Indian tech support. They are utterly incapable of thinking outside of their scripted answers.
I don't need 24/7 support. How about 6AM Eastern Time to 8PM Pacific Time? That gives just about all USA users a good time frame. Those on the east coast get the best time frame.
I consider my high VZW payments to go toward good service, as well as keeping Americans employed. We do NOT need to send a ...

why should we pay more for uncrippled BT? its a function that the phone was built to do. just cuz stingy VZW cant charge for it, they shut it down. thats greedy. a phone should be able to do everything it was designed to without extra charges. yea still charge for data/txt/etc, things that use the NETWORK. last time i checked BT is not dependant ton VZW's network, so why should they charge for using it or cripple it so that it cant be used to its full extent?

I want a phone that hasn't been wounded by Verizon. I want the ability to buy a phone at competitive prices.
