VZW is very big on the S.T.A.R format of interviewing. Situation or Task, Action you took and the Resolution. Especially if you are applying for any Customer Service or Tech Support positions. You nail the STAR format and you are sure to get the job. Always stress what you did? Give detail, detail and more detail. You cant give enough detail.

To be honest with you where many people loose the job is during the background check. After you pass the interview and give you the offer you go through the most intense background check I have ever been through. After I was offered the position in Customer Service I still had to wait for about 5 weeks after it was official untill the background check came back.
