Possible New VZW Customer.....How does everyone like VZW???
I am thinking of joining VZW in the next few months. I know that the service in my area is great because my brother, sister n law, and some friends have them and they seem to love their service. One of my friends was telling me about how they helped her with her bill because she accidentally went over on her text messages and they took off over $200.00 on her bill. Plus I get 20% employee discount 🙂 I was looking into getting the BB Curve and was wondering what are the thoughts of current users. Also, will there be an update OS where it will include Documents To Go? Also, does the Curve have video capture? Thanks for any and all the help....

Verizon has spectacular customer service that you can call 24 hrs a day. They are all reps from the U.S. and I have never been put on hold for more than 20 seconds.
The curve is a great phone, I think my review is usually one of the first that pops up, I have enjoyed using the phone since day one.
It does offer video capture and you can also watch youtube video. As far as the OS goes, I think when the new one drops you will be able to upgrade, but Im not sure about documents to go.
