Dare Menu
Have a question about the main menu for the Dare. I haven't had a chance to go to a store to play around with one but I was wondering if there is anyway to make the main menu icons to be straightened? To me the slanted icons make this device (atleast the main menu) look like it's made for a 10 year old rather than adults.

Yeah there is another menu on the Dare that the icons are straight. I agree with you on the white background though. The black looks pretty sweet. I have had the phone for a few weeks now and I love it.

This was the only phone I was interested in buying and was about to go to the iPhone until my wife told me about how much she loved the Dare after trying a friend's out. The one she messed with had the slanted icons since it must not have been changed the other one.

Yeah pretty much -- the only thing about it I don't like is no wi-fi. Where I live Wi-Fi is everywhere so I would prefer a device that is also wi-fi capable but I could live with it. The main thing I was afraid of was the Dare would have that cheapish LG feel to it but my wife said it doesn't and it seems like every customer I've talked to positively loves it unlike when the Voyager was released and customers were saying it was a terribly glitchy device and demanding exchanges after only a couple months.
