Switching from VZW to ATT...

...was the worst decision that I have ever made. The reason I did switch was because ATT had a discount with my employer. ATT sucks. Period, end of story. With VZW, I had service everywhere I went (I live in CT). With ATT, every other call is a dropped call. I can’t hold on to service anywhere, not even within the bigger cities in CT. I traveled down to NYC the other week, and I even dropped calls there. I thought maybe it was my phone, so I had it looked at and eventually exchanged for a different model. Yet, I still have poor service. When I actually do have service, the call quality is horrible. There is static everywhere. I am coming back to VZW. I am not happy with ATT and the network they provide. I don’t care a...

I know exactly what you mean. I did the same exact thing, except that I switched for the iPhone. AT&T is probably the worst company when it comes to a network. I drop calls left and right as well, and if I don't the calls are usually distorted. When I had Verizon, my calls were crystal clear no matter how many bars I had. I would say Verizon is the best company ever.

I totally agree as well. Switched over to AT&T for the iPhone and the service is horrible. I live in Los Angeles, so there really is no excuse. Their customer service is also terrible! Everytime you talk to them you get someone who is either totally stupid or sounds completely burnt out (or both). What a bad experience with AT&T!
