Brodband Access Question..
Can anyone tell me if there is some way that we can troubleshoot firefox on a mac? I had a call involving a cust that has a usb 720 using that web browser and i could not find any info on it. She could use safari with no problem but firefox was not pulling up any web pages. I know that we don't support using that browser but i want to know if there is anyone here that could give some info on what i can check to find out why it's not working so i can assist the cust a little more next time i have someone with that issue. I agree. I have friends that use it and say that it's a lot better than IE but unfortunately we have no info on supporting firefox. Maybe sometime in the future we will have some info on it.
