baltimore,md 07/30/2008: Verizon Wireless long ago paid the reps well, now reps are barely making 1000 in commission a month. When a few years ago they could easily make between 3 and 4 thousand. The Customer Care Reps are paid like dirt and treated worse. Most managers are over paid for their ability. In stores like Owings Mills, Timonium, Bel Air and Westminster the managers are walking brain donors. Respect like the word Integrity are words i dont even think they could spell let alone know the definition for. This rant doesn't belong in this forum. I must say that you are entitled to your own opinion. A class action lawsuit will be a waste of time and money. If you work in that store, I suggest that you look on the job board for other positions in the company or just look for another job outside the company. Maybe you are not cut out to work in that store. Don't let others control your professional growth.

Can you qualify your statement" A class action lawsuit will be a waste of time and money" a bit more? I think preferential treatment given to a select few while penalizing others for similiar actions displayed discounts your point of view.

On a somewhat small note, I remember reading an M&SO a couple days ago announcing that data usage will not be attained from navigating to the mobile web home page, meaning no more accidental mb usage. 🤨
