W755 help with alert reminder
I have this phone set to vibrate only and have set missed call and voicemail to vibrate, with a reminder every 2 minutes. Yet, it does not vibrate every 2 minutes. It does make a soft click sound instead. Otherwise, vibrate works when receiving a call.
Does anyone have any suggestions or is there just something wrong with the phone?
Verizon tech support has no clue. Motorola admits that it is supposed vibrate as set. I tested the demo phone in the store...doesn't do it. And a tech support rep tested one, and it doesn't do it either.

The voice readout on caller ID doesn't work either (and never has). VZ said it was going to be fixed, but to my knowledge it has not been. This may be just one of those things that is supposed to work, but doesn't. I live with it because I have no problems with the phone otherwise.
