OTA and Test Calls

I've noticed two trends during when doing OTA and test calls that kinda bug me.

The first is very common. Basically, when doing the OTA on any phone, the customer will say, "It says PROGRAMMING IN PROCESS." They say this, despite it actually saying PROGRAMMING IN PROGRESS.

The second is considerably less common, but infinitely more annoying. You're doing a test call, and the customer jokingly says, "Can you hear me now?" and laughs. Obviously, I have to pretty much jokingly laugh along with them, but man...I die a little bit inside every time that I hear that. XD

Hahahaha...feel free to do so. If your joke is greeted by a fake-sounding laugh, then it just might be me. 😛

A sign of excellent marketing on the part of Verizon, don't you think?
