New Boulder Software OTA Update Available
Just checked it out on my phone and downloaded it, go to Settings and Tools, at the very bottom, select phone info then, software update.
Hopefully this will fix much needed issues.

I wish a miracle could stream through the airwaves and fix the sound/battery. Just did the update anyway... still sending back but haven't tried the other phones yet.

That update is for the problem the phone had with the backup assistant...nothing else so far
