All part of the plan to retain business and not lose customers.
I think this is an excellent idea and I also believe it is going to hurt a lot of the smaller VOIP companies and even the cable companies.

Ya we received introductory training to this. It's called "VZW Hub"
The training consisted of the basic fundamentals of Cisco IP phones, VOIP, and how it works. It was real brief.
