to all the reps that work in a Company Owned Verizon store...I was wondering what kind of sales goals are set for you guys, how often do they change, and how do you get paid

Quotas change monthly based on the performance of your store. Commission is a complicated system but it works well. At a COR store you get hourly (11-14ish) plus commission at the end of the month.
