is it true that there are no more customer service reps in the retail store ne more .. or any such thing as lead reps anymore ..

From my understanding, the CCRs are being (or have been) phased out of the kiosks. It was mentioned to me that eventually the company will do away with CCRs and the retail stores will only be staffed by RSRs and Sales Managers. I think the process has already been started by getting rid of the Ops Manager position.

so there aren't any more ops supervisor position or one main ops supervisor who didn't do anything except pointed out error that she could had fixed in the first place.

there isnt ops manager or sales manager just assistant manager now so every member of management is responsible for everything. customer service is still in stores in kiosk. the dm or regional manager is the one who decides if they want customer service reps in kiosk or if they rather use the head count for another sales rep. the most I made as a sales rep was 5000 after taxes but that was because i was placed in a new kiosk with a ridiculous low quota and had some stuff ready. normal reps will make 800-1500 after taxes.
