Skipping VoiceMail Message

When calling into a verizon phone is there a way to skip the "you've reached so and so" and go to the "beep"

I know what you mean, my sister never answers her phone... I always have to wait for all the blah blah blah blah... and blah..... blah...... beeeep......

try pushing the number 1, that works when I do it on my voicemail. You will here an a beep almost as fast as you push 1, just start talking, and that should be it. Dont know if this works everywhere, but it does in Iowa. And also, there used to be a way that the person could make it so you could not bypass the greeting. That was on the old voicemail system anyway, dont know about the new and suppose to be improved voicemail. That could be part of your problem also, the person could have made it so you cant bypass the greeting..

yeah press * for vzw the number 3 for cing/att and press # for tmobile and nextel it seems that pressing # for tmobile only works sometimes so..........enjoy
