Why isn"t the Storm on the Rim lineup??
The ATT Bold is due to release about the same time as the Verizon Storm- RIM has it on thier website, Phonescoop has the specs, etc here; but no info on the Storm, which is supposed to be released in about the same time frame.

There really has not been an "official" release of the storm yet. Everyone knows its out, but until RIM does an official press release the specs will be mostly hearsay.
Also, the bold has been released already, just not in the U.S. So that is why the specs have been released and phonescoop has a page for it.

I just thought it was odd that a phone announced to be available hadn't been released, or even announced by the manufacturer yet. Thx.

If you are referring to the storm, that phone has not been announced that its available. Its been announced that it will be coming soon. Big difference in the cell world

I already have one on lockdown. My buddy is a corp store manager and said he would give me one from the first batch they get at his store.
He got me the curve a few days early, so hopefully he will come through again with this little beauty.
