New Phones! Samsung Sway & Moto Rapture releases

For those who are interested engadget posted a powerpoint that outlines the release of two new phones. The moto rapture, a stylish mid range flip. And the samsung sway, an attractive silver slider (with no EVDO). It looks like both phones will be available starting Oct 6th.
Hopefully the release date for the storm is released soon, I know thats what everyone is waiting for!

Without EV-DO, what features are going to be missing? I generally use the phone for calls, texting, and camera. I'll download ringtones every once in a while, as well as use the internet to check the weather. Will no EV-DO hinder my use of the Sway??
