ô€”š”ž 12+ months service tenure
ô€”š”ž MTN is currently active and account is not 60+ days past due
ô€”š”ž Consumer and ELEU accounts with 5 lines or fewer
ô€”š”ž Corporate liable, business lines and accounts with more than 5 lines are not eligible at this time
ô€”š”ž Additional lines on VIP accounts also qualify for select benefits, see Customer Eligibility on Multi-line Accounts Section for details

And I believe enrollment is once every quarter or a couple times of year or something. There is nothing you can do to become a VIP... it's all automated.

I have read that the only area that is still taking new customers into the VIP program is the northeast area. I know for sure that the midwest and south areas are not, I'm not sure about west though. Anyone that is currently a VIP customer will remain in the program but they are not qualifying any new customers at this time.
