Ok, I tried it....... No worky.. Keeps saying to download from GIN capable phone, which the Centro is not.
Found a all-in-one messenger in the downloads section.... $29.95!!!!!!
I hate that everyone is comin in here for me to fix this issue, since Walmart apparantly is so incapable of answering questions on the phones they sell... (We don't stock the Centro) Customers are pissy, but then we get to remind them that when they come to us to purchase, we make sure that the features you need are on the device you are purchasing!

I don't know that there is a free messenger. Most of the companies like Yahoo don't make one that is compatible with PDA's, or not all of them. You usually have to buy one like that all in one messenger.
Another option is the Verizon Mobile IM. I'm not sure if it's available on the Palm devices yet though. I know it recently became available on Windows Mobile devices.
