Okay all I recently had purchased this phone and had got the upgrade as well. I have had nothing but issues since then. Basically my gripe is that to get a good experience with this phone you need to open it to play games etc....But when you have it open at least with my experience and I am using the keyboard to type text etc the battery drains really quickly. I am kind of disappointed at the terrible experience I am having. Can someone suggest a solution?

Thanks

well, what type of solution do you want?

--Do you want a new voyager?

--Do you want a totally new phone?

--Do you want some tips/tricks on how to make the phone more power efficient?

--Do you want some other solution alltogether?!?!?

Check the phone settings for the backlights and check to see if the phone has the most current software. Also, have the battery tested by a store technican.

I dont know what my options are. I mean I am in my contract and got a software upgrade. Is this a known issue? If I decide to get a new phone I would obviously have to pay out of pocket and that would be ridiculous....Can someone give me some tricks on how to make my phone last longer?

Check your settings on your phone for the backlight. Also, check to see if you have the most current software on your phone. Have the battery checked by a store technican, if you need a software update it can be done in the store. Your battery can be replaced because it is under a 1 yr warranty.
