Is VZ Navigator free?

I have an LG Dare with VCast. When I first went into VZ Navigator, I did not see anything about a charge. Is this feature included with my VCast package?

It's part of the Premium Plan otherwise it's $9.99 on top of your VCast VPAK

I believe there are some all inclusive plans that include vcast and navi. But the standard, entry level package does not include navi.

Anyone out there feel free to correct me, if I am wrong.
