Quick Question

Yo, this might be a stupid question but o well. The at&t store down here in SC allows you to get a new phone at a 2 year contract price for 75 bucks more, even if your still under contract. I was wondering if verizon has something like that going on without buying a phone at full retail. I got the voyager right now but I think its time for a smart phone and I was looking at a blackberry curve or storm.

With verizon you can get a phone one year after your last discount on a phone if you meat the following criteria:

1. At least 12 months since your last discounted phone on a 2 year contract.

2. Be on a price plan of 49.99 or higher (not including features) for the previous three months when you become eligible. Its as simple as a 450 minute select pplan at 59.99 or 900 minute basic also at 59.99

3. You will receive 2 year pricing (new customer pricing) with a new 2 year agreement and a 20.00 processing fee. If you become a VIP customer you will have the 20.00 fee waived and get an additional 50.00 off the pricing. You also get any applicable mail in rebates

call and see what they can do. i have seen them tell people 'the best is a 1yr price and resign contract' which is a heck of a lot better then full retail (1yr price is usually $70 more, at least where im at)

1 year pricing SHOULD only be for a customer who has a lost/stolen/damaged phone with no insurance nor eligible for an upgrade.
