It should be out sometime in November. its a cool looking phone, but the light blue is ridiculous! Its a smart phone people, not an LG env.

I dont mind colors for smart phones, but I always think you need offer one traditional color for people to choose from.

just my opinion.

Im sure the electric blue color was no accident. Details like color are always chosen on purpose. The purpose is marketing. VZW probably wants to market this smartphone for women. (just like Sprint is doing with the plum red Touch Diamond).

Think about it? How many men do you know that purchased the Pink RAZR when it came out? (not including those that live in West Hollywood or Chelsea).

whoa, whoa...

Pink is waaaaaay different than blue. and if you want to market more to women, and deep red would prolly be better than blue. I just dont understand alienating people with the first version of a phone. Stick to the normal colors and then release new versions with various colors.

Why lose potential customers right off the bat?

VZW did the same with the white touch phone. I would never carry a white Touch. Same deal if I had an iPhone, it would be Black.

the white touch was just ugly...big mistake on verizons part.

But, I would actually kinda like the white G1 or the white iphone. I guess it just depends on how you integrate the color into the phone.
