The Omnia is Coming

Forget the Storm I have seen and used the VZW branded Samsung Omnia and it is coming 🤤

I just say so because Ive used both and the storm needs some work cuz the touch screen is not very responsive and its somewhat buggy

its their first ever touch screen and it has a revolutionary design. Its prolly not gonna be perfect out the gate, but I think RIM will fix things with software updates if need be.

thats odd because thats 100% the opposite of how I feel. I have used both the omnia and the storm and i felt both were good. the touchscreen on the storm was very reponsive just as good as the iphones. as for buggy you probably had a storm with an older software version on it. the first one I played with was buggy but with the new software its not

YOu must have used the Storm to say this. I saw the Phonescoop review for the first time this morning, and he kind of agrees with your criticism. My question, can this be fixed with a software fix and it is something that VZW would be willing to share with its customers? They don't always make software upgrades available, or they take a long time to implement them (e.g. the MotoA upgrade of about 1.5 years ago). Or, would Rim come out with a new version of the phone to fix the bugs the way Apple die?
