Apparently, all orders placed now will not be fullfilled until December 5th. We believe that RIM may have had to do a patch which has delayed the shipping of the phones. BUMMER!

RIM may need to do the patch, but I place the lion's share of the blame on VZW. They screwed this rollout up royally, obviously trying to muscle it through before in time for holiday season, before it was ready.
They knew the software sucked. They knew the problems. RIM's biggest mistake was being spineless and getting steamrolled by VZW.

Not necessarally.....All of the phone that I have played with were fine. All of the bugs people are talking about....have not seen any of it. There are software updates that are being worked on for specific issues, but so far so good from what I have seen.
