Overview
Verizon Wireless is planning to issue an enhancement release for the RIM Storm device over the air to customers in early December '08. The following enhancements will be included in a planned release, so the field should be aware to prevent any unnecessary Certified Like-New device exchanges from occurring.
Enhancements
· Intermittently, the device may reset while sitting idle or when using Multimedia applications.
Targeted for resolution in Maintenance Release 1 (December '0😎
· Intermittently, a user may experience a one-way audio (incoming audio is muted) condition when using voice activated dialing.

2. Use the storm forum on phonescoop, its up and is pretty active right now. People are posting questions and answers about the storm.
