I'm fed up

I'm about at my wit's end with posts asking if you can get certain phones without the data service feature, or why Verizon requires Internet on some phones. Some days I wish we were back on the StarTac-era phones. No one would have the illusion of combining their Clie with their TM-510. We'd all be too mesmerized by LG 6000s and Sammy a610s to give a rat's rear about syncing my phone with my Pentium II computer. I'd be enjoying the benefits of desktop chargers! I could hook up to that analog signal and talk all the way to China with all them watts!

And if we REALLY wanted a PDA and a phone in one, we'd be using the Kyocera 7135. Sure, it's an overgrown storage device for my contacts, but it works (sometimes).

Someone looking for answers comes to the forums. But because we spend oodles and oodles of bytes talking about when something like the Storm is or isn't coming out, a visitor can get lost pretty easily. And because they get lost, they simply send out a "I have a question about..." message. Those of us who spend way too much time here get sick and ...

The forum structure does not appear to be set up for the method you propose. It would require recoding the back end.

I do not disagree with you and I would volunteer to police it as well.

I do often wonder what midnight hopes to accomplish with some of his posts.

What was wrong with my post butthead? nearly all of epik's post was about wishing we could go back to the early days of cell phones when things were less complicated. Heres a refresher if you missed his post:
