Verizon Reps...Seeking guidance on old AC FT plan
O.K. here is my question for the experts. "Can I still change price points on an old (pre 1/17/05) AC Family plan from the AC4000 plan to the AC3000 minute plan?" In order to eliminate extra suggestions I am not interested in extending my contract right now due to uncertainty of the need for extra lines come July-August (No, I do not want one of the new FT plans.)

Yes, you can still change the minutes on your plan. Part of our worry free gurantee allows changes to your price plan without changing your contract as long as you stay on the same promo....My recommendation would be to change your price plan on your bill cycle date to avoid those pesky prorates.
