if you read the older ones people were giving the phone a zero. No matter how bad the phone was at the beggining...no way it was a zero...thats just insane.
The more recent reviews have been a lot more positive. but the number zero's and one's are whats bringin down the average.

I used one (bad version or whatever) and if I had reviewed the thing I would had given it a 2. Now, if I put myself in the shoes of someone who waited for so many months to end up with that... I could understand the 0's and 1's

they waited for months and months to get their hands on the first touch screen blackberry ever put out and yet they expected it to be perfect.
They gave it a 0 because they were pissed off and rather than review the device they would hit a 0 becuase they felt like it.
a rating of 0 is for vaporware and something that doesn't power on. It's not for a device that does everything promised, but a lot slower than expected.
